Complimentary sample to trial the product first, provided only with pre orders. We do not accept returns of the sample product. We are happy to provide a refund or replacement if the item is faulty or damaged.
For safety & hygiene reasons, returns
and a 100% refund will only be possible of the 50ml product if the cellophane wrapping is sealed and unopened.
The eligible return period is 30 days from the time of receiving the product.
